HISTORY<\/h2>\n

The Strehn family has been crafting wines for four generations. The great passion was first ignited by our great-grandfather Karl Strehn: The mayor of Deutschkreutz and a bricklayer by trade, he also cultivated the family vineyards and produced wine for their personal consumption. Later, his son, our grandfather Josef Strehn, took over the winery and bought the first tractor in the district, which he also used for contract transport work. With his savings, he purchased further vineyards and steadily expanded the winery until our mother, Monika Strehn, turned it into a successful one-woman show. Since 2012, we (her three children Pia, Andy, and Patrick) have been running the winery.
